Tai Chi Instructor

Description

The Windward YMCA is looking for a volunteer who is knowledgeable in the martial arts practice of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health. This volunteer position would assist with the preparation and facilitation of adult Tai Chi classes.

When: Mondays, 1:00pm-2:00pm / Wednesdays: 1:15pm-2:15pm

Where: Windward YMCA Branch

*We do ask that any volunteer who registers for this opportunity is willing and able to attend most of the Tai Chi classes that are offered*
