Q: Can I Submit Hours Even If I Cannot Find My Current Volunteer Opportunity On This Website?
A: Yes! The YMCA of Honolulu will continually update this site with new and upcoming volunteer opportunities, but there could be a situation where you have been approved and scheduled to volunteer but cannot find the opportunity listed on this website. If this is the case you can still submit "Individual Hours". Once you click on "Add Hours" you will be asked if these hours are in reference to an opportunity that you responded to on this site. You can select "No" and then add the date and number of hours you volunteered for within a YMCA program or event. Just make sure to include a brief description of what you did along with the name of a YMCA staff member who can verify these hours.
